Ordered at 19.15app said 45 mins to delivery 2phone calls later at 20.10 and 20.35 both said on way arrived at 20.50 cold and missing the chappatis after using for 20years will not be again

31/10/20 Had a takeaway.Food well wrapped in secure containers,maintaining heat.Quality as good as usual and quantities more than enough. Highly satisfied and recommended. James

We had a table booked for 6.30 at Aagrah Midpoint on arrival we were take to our table, on the floor right next to the table was a dirty tissue/serviette, I advised the waiter who came to take our drinks order it wasnt our and he just said oh !!!. This was the third person who had looked at the state of the floor and it was still left. We then tried to order our drinks to be told it was only bottle beer now, no one once told us it was a limited menu and limited drinks. On the whole the restaurant looked dirt there was lots of food on the floor and bits. We left without eating didn’t feel safe let alone to eat. Think we may report this to the authorities.

17/10/20.Ordered takeaway for two.Meals were luxe warm.The starters ( shami Keebab) were cold and the outer covering was hard and inedible.The big mysterious was where was the salad? One small portion for two,no tomato,one slice of cucumber and the lettuce was so finely shredded it was hardly visible plus there was only one thimble full of dressing.This was the second occasion the starter has been very disappointing.I have eaten at the Restaurant for over 30 years and never had cause to complain before.

Was extremely disappointed as I was told I was not allowed to use my hijab as my face covering as I entered. I had to pay £1 each for us each for a face mask, and in every restaurant, you can wear a hijab as a face covering as long your face is covered. I am absolutely disgusted, for people of our own race to not even respect the face coverings.

Ordered at 7 cane 8.30 ordered3 starters on menu says get all onions mint sauce etc !!! 1 mint sauce between 3 !!! It’s yoghurt hardly expensive no onions etc to go with starters .... will be giving it a miss how much do onions etc cost not a lot just because we aren’t dining in doesn’t mean you need to leave out all small extras !!!!

I ordered my food at 18 15 pm and it is now 21 07 and i am still waiting for my order i have contacted the restaurant twice and both times got told the driver was on his way which obviously he is not I normally have family meals at midpoint restaurant two to three times a year but i wont be again

We normal either collect or dine at the restaurant which we have always loved the food. Unfortunately this evening was poor. Half an hour later than expected, the birayani sauce was unusually runny with too much onions and pips - no potato. Very little chicken. Hopefully just a blip but when you spend £40 on a takeaway you do expect better.
