Delivery time said 60mins but I have not received my food even after 90mins. The tracking kept on ‘cooking’ without any further updates. Expected more quality from a chain like AAgra. Very poor

Chicken korma curry was the worst I've ever tasted , was thrown in the bin . Chips were soggy & cold. Mushroom bhagis also went in the bin. Total waste of money, very disappointing.

Hello-just ordered a takeout and sorry but it was very disappointing! Chicken dopiaza-hardly any onion and very hard dry pieces of chicken breast. Chicken hyderabadi-again, very hard dried up chicken pieces and sauce appeared curdled? Very similar taste to the dopiaza. As I say, very disappointing sorry

We have used Aagrah Midpoint for many years for take away and visit for special occasions or just an evening out midweek. We have always had a warm welcome and always enjoyed our food. We continue to support Aagrah in this awful times and get our takeaway every week we collect and never have any problems. To the people who complain try and visit the restaurant and collect your takeaway these businesses have been to hell and back during the pandemic ... We will always show our support and appreciation for what they achieve Regards Chris

Another complete shambles of a delivery despite promising after last time they would get this one right. No refund from missing food from last time do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else so you are not disappointed.

Dear Sirs. It is with regret that we have to send this email but felt that we needed to express our disappointment following our New Year's Eve experience. We ordered online at 6pm and received notification that the delivery would take 50 minutes which was fine. At 7.30 pm (40mins late) I began to try and contact you. I appreciate it was New Years Eve and probably busy. In total from 7.30pm until 8.30pm I tried to contact you (70+) times but it was constantly engaged. I did get through 6 times but the phone constantly rang out until it cut off. When the food finally arrived, the delivery driver knocked on the door, left it outside and ran back to his car and drove off at speed. I can only assume he was aware how late it was (1.5 hours late) or I had previously forgot to deliver it. The food was stone cold, half the pickle tray was missing and the naan bread was hard. We had to reheat all of the food up again. Totally unsatisfactory. We are loyal customers and having been coming to the Aagrah for the past 16years, even to the old one near Thornbury Barracks, we know many of you guys as we would normally visit the restaurant at least twice per month and have take outs too. We would never complain as we find the Aagrah and its staff exceptional, but unfortunately the service offered on New Year's Eve fell way short of the standards expected from you, and put a dampener on our evening. Lahori fish and chicken tikka were very dry. The chicken jalfrezi was quite plain. I’ve not been to Aagrah for a while and was looking forward to is but to be honest, quite disappointed
